Who Can Play: Girls ages 7–14
Age Cutoff: Player age is based on age as of August 31, 2026.
Cost: $175 per player
Includes jersey. Registration is non-refundable per MARA policy.
Scholarships Available: Financial assistance is available for families who qualify.
Friend Requests: Requests are welcomed and considered during team formation but cannot be guaranteed.

Many players are trying football for the first time. Our coaches teach the fundamentals and help every player develop at her own pace.

Girls flag football is one of the fastest-growing youth sports in America. High schools, colleges, and professional organizations continue investing in new opportunities for female athletes.
MARA Colts Girls Flag Football gives players a chance to learn the game, compete, develop leadership skills, and be part of one of the fastest-growing sports movements in the country.
Divisions
Players are placed in divisions based on their age as of August 31, 2026. Divisions may be adjusted depending on registration numbers.

Practice & Game Format
The first practice is scheduled for Sunday, August 30, 2026. Once games begin, teams generally practice one hour before their scheduled game.
Games begin on Sunday, September 13 and run through Sunday, October 18. Playoffs are scheduled for Sunday, October 25.
Good to Know
- Makeup games: May be scheduled on Friday nights or Saturday afternoons if needed
- Play with friends: Requests are welcome but not guaranteed
- Concessions: Available on-site
- Mouthguards: Required for all players and available at the field while supplies last
- Restrooms: Available on-site
- Equipment: Players should wear athletic clothing and cleats or athletic shoes
