MARA Members,

I hope this email finds you and your families well. The MARA Board continues to monitor the recommendations of Mecklenburg County Health Dept, State of North Carolina and CDC as the Covid-19 pandemic continues to develop. In keeping with the requirements of Mecklenburg County, MARA will delay the start of the spring sports season to at least April 16th to stay in compliance with the "Stay at Home Order" put in effect as of 8 am Thursday March 26, 2020. 

It is the desire of the MARA Board to continue to monitor this situation and adapt. At no time to do we desire to put our members, volunteers or parents at risk. With that said we do plan to continue with our spring season when able even if it runs into the summer months.

Please continue to stay safe, follow the Meck County Stay at Home Order, and follow the guidelines from the CDC for Covid-19 to navigate thru this difficult time.
